Self-Hosted Minecraft Servers

I host three minecraft servers at home that run optimized versions of Java

They all run on Fabric except the create-mod server that uses Forge

All of these servers run on a single machine at home running Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS.

I opted for a desktop version of Ubuntu to make management easier, however all the automation scripts are setup in a way to make it easy for porting to headless version of Debian based Linux OS.

The machine has a Ryzen 5 3500x and 32 gigs of ram that are shared between all 3 servers, 15 Gb on the create server and 8 Gb on the 2 Hardcore servers.

I use Playit.gg as a method to get around my ISP not allowing incoming connections and refusing to give me a static IP. Playit.gg also makes configuring and changing IP addresses much easier as well.
